Export records
Export monthly CSVs from Invoices to organize your records for taxes. In the live app, CSV export appears once you have at least one invoice. These are QuickBooks-ready spreadsheets you import into accounting tools — not a live QuickBooks OAuth sync.
Mileage estimate
Under Help → Tax Help in the caregiver app, Pet Portal shows a round-trip mileage estimate based on the distance between your profile address and each client’s address (×2 per non-cancelled invoice). This is an address-based estimate to help you organize records — not a GPS odometer or IRS-certified mileage log.
Payment methods
Stripe payouts are reported through Stripe tax forms. Zelle / Venmo / Cash payments may still require IRS reporting depending on your filing situation.
