Platform Terms of Service

Pet Portal is a software platform that provides scheduling, communication, and payment tools for independent pet care professionals and their clients. Pet Portal is not a pet care agency, employer, or service provider. We do not employ, supervise, or dispatch caregivers, and we do not provide pet care services directly.

Independent Contractor Relationship

Caregivers using Pet Portal operate as independent businesses. All service agreements, pricing, and care decisions are made directly between caregivers and pet parents. Pet Portal facilitates connection and record-keeping only.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pet Portal and its affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or dispute arising from pet care services arranged through the platform. Users agree to resolve service-related matters directly with the other party.

Acceptance

By using Pet Portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated agreements posted within the live app.
