For pet parents

• Add Pet Portal to your Home Screen and enable Notifications for booking updates, live walk alerts, and messages.
• Your Caregivers lists who you’re connected with; Backup Caregivers lets you link additional sitters.
• Watch live GPS walks and timelines while a service is active.
• Book from Schedule; pay invoices from Invoices (Stripe or honor-system Venmo / Zelle / Cash App / Cash).
• Stripe Pay is optional; honor-system payments have no Pet Portal fee (Stripe charges a small processing fee).

For caregivers

• Set availability on Schedule → My Availability Calendar; accept or decline requests in Requests.
• Start services from Schedule to open the live pet portal; send report cards and invoices when finished.
• Pricing and Connect Stripe Payments live in Account — parents pay you directly with $0 platform fee on services.
• Export monthly CSVs from Invoices for tax records (see Tax Help).
